The little knight lives with his parents in a castle with towers and pinnacles. At night, when he can’t sleep, he plays hide and seek with the castle’s ghosts.
The little knight is supposed to learn riding, but he is afraid of horses. Therefore he prefers walking. His parents are worried, because it is clear: knights must be able to ride.
Thus the little knight looks for another animal to ride on. The castle’s goat seems to be just perfect. The little knight’s father is a bit troubled, but he does not oppose. In the end, the goat proves herself to be an excellent riding instructor.
