Noemi, Valerie and Yasmina are best friends. They live at close quarters and are very busy most of the time.For a couple of weeks Herman, a man with a moustache and checked jacket, has been living in the neighbourhood, as well. He has some unpleasant habits. He throws his cigarette stubs everywhere, is mean to Valerie’s little brother and shouts at his wife. Noemi, Valerie and Yasmina are annoyed and decide that it is time to educate him a little.
