Mina receives a book with lots of white pages, pens and paintbrushes. She fills page after page, and soon a cat and an owl are not only on paper her constant companions. Summer is coming, then autumn, and Mina is critical: are her owl beaks too crooked, do her cats have too short paws? Drawing can be easy, but the own critical look stands in the way.
